Although Ramesh is in love with Hemnalini, he is forced into an arranged marriage. Returning from his wedding, a storm sinks the boats the wedding party travels in. When Ramesh comes to, he’s washed up on shore and discovers the only other survivor, dressed in red wedding regalia, appears to be his wife whom he never set eyes on during the wedding.
