In a world where a high percentage of marriages end in divorce, it’s surprising that books of this genre haven’t been published before. No wonder Dundurn Press snapped up this practical guide to surviving a divorce and bringing up children who live part time in two separate homes.
This book contains interviews with a diverse range of separated parents and how they overcame their anger and hurt to bring up their children in the best possible environment. Not only was this a well-written guide, but I liked how at the end of each chapter there was a section: What do these stories tell us?

I had the pleasure of attending Karen’s book launch in Surrey this weekend and it was a pleasure to see the final product after years of work. I especially liked Karen’s reminder that we are not alone when experiencing this difficult transition.
